
Cinnamon Pancake

Save this super easy healthy Apple Cinnamon pancake recipe – it is filled with fibre, protein, omega -3, wholegrains and perfect as a wholesome family weekend brunch that is indulgent! And I offer many substitutions!

Ingredients
• 1c oats (@quarkeruk)
• 1/2c +2 tbsp wheat flour
• 1 tbsp milled mixed seeds
• 1 tbsp oil
• 1 tbsp almond butter / peanut butter (optional)
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• Pinch of Cinnamon (optional)
• 1 grated apple
OR a squeeze of lemon + berries
3/4c of plant based or regular milk
Recipe
Bung everything together and let rest for 10 mins. Put your pan on the hob.
Make this magic chocolate sauce – 4 tbsp Cacao powder, 2 tbsp Almond butter, 1 tbsp oil of choice and mix, mix, mix
Make your pancakes and serve up with fruit of choice, honey or my magic chocolate sauce that kids can’t refuse and its the whole reason I had to create my pancakes so I don’t eat just the chocolate sauce for brekkie!
