
Lemon Pistachio Pedas

Another favourite from my hamper are the lemon pistachio peas and I’ve always been an Indian Mithai fan but the hint of citrus helps me break the sweetness of the mithai and it gives it a zing like no other

Ingredients
• 1/2 Cup Milk
• 100 gms Condensed Milk
• 1/4c Sugar
• 1 Cup Sugar
Recipe
Combine the milk, condensed milk and sugar till the sugar melts. Add the desiccated coconut and cook it till the mixture dries up. Roll into laddoos as it cooks and then roll in some desiccated coconut mixture! Replace with plant based milk and coconut cream to make it vegan!
