Hi, my name is Ruchi. Come, have a peek into my baking journey which has meandered through many cities teaching me how to layer my bakes with new flavours and techniques.
I started my journey a decade back when I wanted to create healthier treats for my toddler with local, organic produce. This led to a food blog, baking classes for kids and eventually creating recipes that has finally led me to win a Great Taste Award!
